Merlin wandered the earth for centuries, watching as history unfolded. Overtime he began to notice little things changing here and there. To counteract this manipulation, he gathered a team from across the boundaries of time. Some had a personal stake in the fight, others simply needed a fresh start.
Callister Raynes [robot] was unearthed from the rubble that remained of Eureka. After a round of upgrades he became the face of this new group.
Alex Millar [ghost] was found half mad after her own fight to save the world failed. She watched as one friend died and another turned his back on goodness once and for all.
Peter Rumancek [werewolf] has a dark past that no one but Merlin knows about. His own troubles are not a part of the problem at hand, however. He only stay around to keep Alex sane and do what little he can to help.
Lagertha Lothbrok [viking] was approached by Merlin after the death of her daughter. Knowing she had already lost her husband and that her son was soon to follow in his footsteps she left everything she had ever known behind to fight enemies that she never could have imagined.
Dick Hobbs [police constable] was never meant to be a part of this but as he was set to be watching Susan Long when she was taken out of her own timeline, he was inadvertently brought into the future as well.
