I ran a 10K this morning in Central Park and I feel good!

..Could be the popsicles they gave me at the end of the race.. what a great idea!

I passed the test I have been studying for for the past couple of months!

I am now a LEED AP!

Not only that but after I got out of the testing room I had a missed call that turned out to be a design firm calling to set up an interview! Hell yeah!!! Best day ever!

Now off to bed so I can get up at 6am and run the Brooklyn half-marathon.

So the sucker is in- My Paragard IUD that is. The procedure wasn't so bad- it's these cramps that are making me hate life right now. I was given Vicodin to take the edge off of the cramping for the next couple of days, so I guess I'll be happy once they kick in ( Read more... )

Nothing like kicking a girl while she's down. More shitty news today.

During my usual night run last night, I tripped over a tree root/sidewalk and ate it pretty hard and sprained my ankle and a procured a nice bloody road rash knee. Falling hurts much more at 24 then it did when I was 12. Ouch ( Read more... )
