MARITAL STATUS:
Single - and believe me, it will stay that way for a while. (Why is dating so haaaaaaard?) and having some sort of awkward relationship thing with my daughters best friends dad (Hot Divorced Dad = HDD = Tom = KILL ME = DATING STILL HAAAAAAAAAAAARD!) That dude is a douchenozzle. My life is hard.

But I don't deprive myself of food either. SO BRING ON THE CHEESECAKE!

Swingers, Bad Boys, Pitch Perfect, Grease, HP (all) Fantastic Four (1 & 2), Transformers (all), X-Men (all), Clue, The Day After Tomorrow, The Avengers, Captain America, Thor, Iron Man (1 & 2), Twister (all those dooms-day movies), Twilight (WHAT?!)... and more. It's a weird eclectic mix of stuff, but I do love a good rom-com, too. :D

FUN., Panic! at the Disco, Fall Out Boy, Imagine Dragons, Lumineers, Dave Matthews Band (ALWAYS DMB!) Pitch Perfect soundtrack, I have too many favorites to list, so basically I'll just tell you that I listen to everything.

The Color of Water: A Black Man's Tribute to His White Mother (READ THIS!), the HP series (obvs), The Hunger Games series, The Sookie Stackhouse series, anything by Mary Higgins Clark and/or Carol Higgins Clark (I own them all - no, I really do), and I just adore James Patterson. But really, I read just about anything if it's been given a good rec... and even if it hasn't. :)

So, this all seems very impersonal, so I should probably just tell you that I'm a freakin' nutjob. LOL. I'm goofy and crazy and love to squee at random things and have a tendency to use too many vowels in my words and/or stretch out my words until you sometimes have a problem deciphering them.
I promise you I'm a ton of fun and once you get to know me a little bit, you'll probably like me. /self promotion
I do try my best to comment on all entries, but I am, sadly, only human. As mentioned above, I am a single mom of a seriously busy 6-year-old (and when did 6-year-olds get so busy anyway?!). Sometimes I miss things and sometimes I go far away from my computer for days at a time and come back to millions of updates and just can't get caught up. So, I apologize if I miss something super important, yeah?
Lastly, the people I have "met" online are, a lot of the time, more of a friendship base to me than my actual "real life" friends. It's not that I don't try - because Lord knows I do - but I am in a completely different zone in life right now than they are, and it's just hard for them to process. So, when I say that you're all important to me - new and old alike - I mean it from the bottom of my heart. xxx
