Good to see someone else who likes to bake :)
I've never actually posted anything on my lj regarding baking, but I should really start. Last night I ended up making homemade pasta (roasted beet ravioli) for the first time (BY HAND!) & I loved it a lot.

I absolutely love to cook, but baking has always been a lot harder for me. There's just so much room for error! So, when I come across a really good, easy recipe like this one, I totally have to share with everyone.

You should definitely post recipes! That ravioli sounds DELICIOUS!!!! <3
