To Many Police

There are to many police in this city. There always have been honestly, but I think it gets worse and worse every year. Wednesday evening I noticed that one of my headlights was out and decided that it would probably be a good idea to rectify that situation. Hench I began to venture towards Wal-Mart and both on the way there and on the way back

That's strange... I once drove around with only one headlight for almost 10 months before I was pulled over... I guess it just all depends on where you are at what time...
