I'm reading 'Divine Encounters' right now and it's really boggling my mind. especieally for the reason that some of the stories, from 'Heroe With a thousand Faces' interested me previously, but now, reading this, I understand the myths in another more literal way. there are also alot of tales from the old testament that he sheds his own light upon. Its interesting because just yesterday they discovered the 10th planet of our solar sys which the ancient mesopotamians were aware of over 8000 years ago.
so they discovered a 10th planet eh? I have not heard about this. where did you hear that? the bjork unplugged is awesome. I found it similarly inspiring when I first got it. I was blown away because the shit she's doing is related to what I hope to accomplish one day. you know, mixing musical traditions and creating hybrid musical forms. yes, I agree, a lot myths make a lot more sense to me now. especially after reading primitive mythology by joseph campbell among many other things. how have you been?
