I've been thinking about writing approximately 99% more than I've been willing to sit down and peckpeckpeck my thoughts to computer screen. And yet, despite all odds, here I am! Fighting to win. Go me ( Read more... )

Reminds me that my 10 year LJ anniversary is coming up, and while I've left the occasional comment, I 1. haven't written anything in years, let alone anything substantial, and 2. also went back and privatized just about everything from 2001 forward, but I did it way back in 2004 or something, and 3. I've also been considering dusting off wexmonkey and getting back in it.

10 years... man that makes me feel old.

We went to a concert the Paramount last week, and I felt old looking down on the mosh pit from our posh seats in the mezzanie. Seeing all of those people crashing around into eachother made me think of our STP experience in London. That show was the last time I've been in a crazy GA crowd like that.

I had a lot of fun times with you. It's crazy to think we met 10 years ago.

You know, as silly as it sounds, I wouldn't have even connected 10 LJ years w/ 10 Blythe years, but it's true!

Hell, you met me at some little coffee place on the Ave when I still had multiple facial piercings, and you still befriended me. I always say, we may never see much of each other, but we'll always be fast (and long-time) friends. We're just easy like that.

I miss walking to your old U-District apartment for wine and pasta.
