It is a sad day when the most exciting thing you did involves learning how to use microfilm in the library.
Needless to say, at least I was productive, but I wish I didn't feel like I had so much work to do.

I am one step closer to figuring out how to tape shows on my VCR.  I tried to tape Law and Order: SVU tonight and I figured out how to get it to work.  However, I didn't realize that the clock on my TV was an hour off, so it didn't get taped, and instead, I got the news, which was a little frustrating because I was going to lay in bed and watch it ( Read more... )

I worked for 16 hours today.  It was glorious.  I love my job.  It is so much fun.  I love it for lots of reasons, but it's awesome right now, because when I'm there I don't think about Wellesley or my life outside of work at all.  I just live in the moment.  It always sucks coming back though.

I love my job!!  And I got a t-shirt from work, woot.

Training is over.  YAY!!  That is totally good stuff.  Tomorrow the rest of the upperclasswomen arrive, which I guess is cool.  I don't know.  I'm still a bit ambivilent about living here, but I'm having fun some of the time ( Read more... )

I'm so tired.  I had completely forgotten what it is like to be completely busy and have things to do every minute of everyday and have deadlines and such.  I miss the summer!  However even though I'm exhausted and I wish my stuff was unpacked being an RA so far is pretty cool. 

The good news: I am mostly packed...that way when I come back next week there shouldn't be much more that I have to do.

The Bad news: today was so boring because I was packing and I'm still really sad about having to leave Somerville and that my internship is over.  And I have so much junk and even more that I have at home that I'm brining back, ( Read more... )
