So I just caught part of an episode of COPS on TV. The cop pulls over this guy for speeding. The guy gets out of the car with a joint tucked behind his ear. So the cop asks if hes smoked weed and the guy replies that no, he doesnt smoke weed and hasnt smoked tonight. So the cop places him under arrest and once handcuffed, the cop pulls the joint
