OMG I feel like I am the only human at work. If I hear 4day weekend on the radio (XM or otherwise) I might go on a rampage and murder half the city...lol...j/k

Here are some ideas for loosing a few the lazy way. Leave 1/3 of the portion of food in the plate if u have to pick a final bite between rice and meat pick the meat(try to get lean meat or lean chicken). Don't super size anything. Drink water instead of anything else. Try drinking milk with a meal(milk makes you feel full so you don't eat as much) Make a cd of 20 min of cool music you like to walk to and crank up the volume and walk those pounds off once a day. Each you feel up to it do it twice. Make a rule for sweets (cause I know you can't eliminate them from your life) limit the amount of cookies (2 to 4 depending on the size per serving). Eat or drink something every 2 hrs to get the metabolism going. I'm no expert but it seems something reasonable you can do to feel better about your body. Remember I love you!
Is there anyway that a sales girl can say the following sentence without it sounding offensive: "Ma'am you'd probably be more comfortable in the Woman's section these are Misses sizes".
It depends on how you take it. I thought it was hilarious when a lady staffing the fitting rooms at Wal-Mart helpfully asked my bra size after I'd spent 10 minutes combing the racks of the lingerie department and let me know that brassieres in my size were in the girls' department. I wound up finding what I wanted in my size in the lingerie department at Target.
Why is it so hard to find size 3X or higher clothing for men?
I think it's all hiding in men's big and tall shops.
I'm sure Carhyl will eventually find cloth for Josh. Overall I hate shopping Carhyl and Red got those genes and left me with none or a messed up one.:P
Well the girl was kinda rude about it...she looked me up and down and then said it. And the tone she said it....it just sounded like she was surprised or even annoyed that a fat girl like me would be looking in the misses dept.
LOL! The problem is that the big and tall men stores are hiding too...I can't seem to find many in our area and the ones that I did find...had fugly clothes...*shrugs*
I'm DYING to see Superman!!! Not seeing the Superman Fruit-Loop has me worried that I might not. But, I'm trying to wrangle my brother into seeing it with me.
And on your clothing trouble - I'll NEVER forget 5 years ago I'd finally gotten myself fitting into a juniors L & 14 to 16. I was so excited, that I immediately went to Aeropostale to look for new jeans and tshirt.
When I walked in the door, one of the girls working there asked if I was shopping for a gift. I gave her a confused look, and said, "A gift? For who?" She gave me the confused look BACK and said, "I'm not sure we have sizing for you in this store."
I was crushed. I'd spent 9 months losing 40 pounds, and THAT is what I get for it???
Actually...when I did find the clothes that fit in the misses dept...I looked for the sales girl to show her and when I went to the register I said no one helped me so she would not get commission for it! If she does which I am not sure she did...do they pay commissions in Sears??
I HIGHLY suggest Dress Barn if they are in your area! Mine are SUPER nice, normal sized people who will wait on you hand and foot to the point it could be annoying unless you are actually LOOKING for something.
And TARGET! I got an amazing black dress for $6 on Friday!
