You can use it for whenever your mood is that of mildly perplexed incongruity. Or perhaps for those rare occasions where you actually do have a pancake on your head. And/or are a bunny in some sense. Actually, there should be an entry in the Mood menu for "perplexedly incongruous" where the image is of a bunny with a pancake on its head, thus freeing up your icon space for more detailed extrapolation.
