Against my better judgment, I feel the need to set one or two things straight regarding Scribbles latest attempt to drudge up old fandom history. I don't know why I'm worried about it because no one believes her, or at least none of the people whose opinions I care about. I've got to applaud you for being *far* more polite than, IMO, anyone has a right to expect you to be. Not just in your communication with Dionne, but also in this post.

I hope Charlotte does do a follow up on this. Dionne's post was pretty much: It wasn't me, it was Clara. Anyway, it was *years* ago, and everyone does this stuff. ::rolls eyes::

I'm a H/Hr from, well, back when this all happened and I got swept up in MsScribe's lies at the time.

I just wanted to apologise to you and every H/G fan on GT for believing her. Cause really - you're fans like me. I never trolled any journals or anything. I think I joined her stupid alternate HG journal and drew a picture for one of her ridiculously bad fics, but I had no idea of the trouble she was causing. I didn't hang out on boards, just kept to LJ and did my own stories and pictures.

But I did play a tiny part and it's enough for me to want to apologise for being mixed up in it and possibly contributing to any hurt that my fellow Potter fans might have felt as a result.

I'm pretty sure it was fairly easy to get caught up in her lies at the time. She had friends then and people trusted her, and she was just having a little fun, you know?

Hello, Carissa. I'm not a particular friend (although we do have some mutual friends) but I just wanted to tell you that I think you (and everyone else from GT) have handled this entire situation with a high level of class and dignity, despite the massive provocation. I salute you all.
