Friending a Friend

So, my best friend was talking about Live Journal today and I mentioned that I had one. He goes, "oh, so do I, what is your name." So, since its been a bit, I told him what I thought it was, but it turns out I was wrong. Anyway, so, once I got home I decided to go on lj and check my messages. And I realized that a lot of them mention certain things

If he knows about it already then I would let him friend you if there is a post or some thing that you don't want him to see make it so only you see it or there is an option to let certain friends see the post
