I feel not very confident about my driver practise. It seems quite hard for me, thought I hope it will be easier as I'll have more experience. I only had a few lessons and It seems inapprehansible for me how to do so many things in one time in order to drive. I'm so muddle-headed. I have one more lessons at 12. 30 now, and I won't be as stupid ( Read more... )

When I was a child, my great-grandmother used to cook baked apples for me. (She actually cooked them for everyone, but I always thought it was done especially for me!) Similar to yours, she would core the apple and then put raisins in the middle and pour in golden syrup. She would then bake them in the oven (the microwave had not been invented then!) until they were crispy on the outside. As you say, delicious.

I hope you get your health problems sorted out soon. :((

On LJ I'm a member of a community called, I think vegrecipes, there are often some great things posted there, it might be worth taking a look to get some ideas. :))

I felt like that too. Something that worked for me was to set out a pattern. I'd check the mirrors, check the spedometer, check the cars around me, check that I was in the right lane to get where I needed to be.. if that was applicable and then I went back to the mirrors. Ordering things logically so you can get into a rhythm can be very helpful with the overwelming feeling of the basics.
