random rambles

Ok since I'm so proud of me on this healthy eating thing I'm going to start keeping a "log" of what I eat each day...since I already have a journal right here this is where I'm posting it.  If you don't like it...to bad :).  
Today I had a cinnimon raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese for lunch/breakfast.

I don't think I could ever get use to the idea of going 45 miles for food (whether or not the 45 miles is a round trip total).

If you really want to know how healthy your diet is, try using Fitday.com to track your food intake. It's free and you can set various food intake goals, track whether or not you're meeting those goals and see exactly where you need to make changes if things aren't going quite right. I've been using it for over a year and I love it.
