being that i haven't traveled in about a year, i'm half-excited/half-scared shitless about doing what i dub "Grillin' USA" stint. basically, i'm getting paid to fly to new jersey to grill at a couple of home depots on this new infrared grill. then, i will drive with whoever i am being paired with to oklahoma and arkansas to do a couple more
