WELL..... almost 2 years after Hurricane Rita, our Wal-Mart has opened back up to 24 hours again. It's been closing at 10 every night. I hated rushing to walmart early so that I don't miss getting there. Woohoo!!!!!!! Not that it matters to any of you though lol. -

We got a cat last night! His name is Neo. I don't know exactly how old he is though but I've been wanting a cat and my boss had some to give away so I took one. Dakota (our dog) loves him almost too much, he never stops following Neo around and licking him. Phew..I can breathe!
I let out a huge sigh of relief tonight because Sanjaya was finally voted off! Thank you America for finally letting it go. He can sing, but I consider his singing the same as I do mine. It's good but don't think you're gonna make it to the top for it. Anyway, a big sigh of relief and now I can enjoy the show! -
Happy Easter
Happy Easter everyone. I pray your holiday is wonderful and in memory of Jesus dying on the cross for our sins so that we could live! My grandma calls it Happy Resurrection Day. I like that, it suits.

I don't want to offend anyone about what I'm about to say but I really wanted to share what I witnessed last night. I went to the Mardi Gras parade last night. I wanted to go to see what the fuss is all about. I don't celebrate the holiday because of all the junk that goes on but I wanted to see why people make such a big deal about this holiday. It's 31 degrees out and the wind chill is 21! It's really cold here...we never get wind chills of 21 lol. Just thought I'd share that with ya. -
