New home, new job

Feb 10, 2007 15:34

I'm left feeling a little odd today after a night's sleep full of wild, vivid dreams. They made me miss faces I haven't seen for nearly four years. Strange that I haven't spoken as much as a word to some of the people I considered close friends in highschool for that long. Matt and I were looking through my yearbook the other night, so perhaps that ( Read more... )

I know you will be a great realtor because you are so smart, hard-working, polite, and caring. I can brag on you, can't I? I am glad to hear your optimism and enthusiasm. I think you will like it. We can be your first clients because we want to sell the house on Adams if we can't find someone very reliable to rent it. Have you asked Matt's friend lately? If I can sell that house, we will probably be a lot more serious about buying one in North Muskegon near you, and closer to Colin's school. You know John and I will help out with Carter as much as we can, but please remember I do work 30 hours a week now, so that is pretty close to full time. A few hours of daycare a week would not be hard on Carter (8 or 10 hours). Playing with other kids is just good for him and fun for him if you find the right place or person. We will just have to see how it goes.

Thanks for the compliment, I am really excited about having a little girl! We will definitely have to hook our kids up. I went for a younger man, but maybe the reverse will work better for them!

Thanks again for the great compliment! I am sure that if our 2 get together, they will have beautiful children! After all, look at Carter and that's only one side of the DNA!

I'm glad to hear things are going well for you. There seem to be a lot of exciting things going on right now. And I'm sooo jealous that you and Matt have lived in two houses so far! I just want one of my own, but house prices are crazy out here right now.

And congrats to the Bradens! This is the first time in a year a GIRL is expected for people in my life. It seems that the six or seven people who had/will have kids this past year all had boys. Are you still due in late June?

it's really nice to see that you're happy and doing so well

but remember, as much as you worry about the future, the present is still right now... and the only time you actually get to experience
