HELP!!

How Do I change my commenting thing so that when someone comments on me it does not say, "3 comments" it says "insert what i want to say here" and "post a comment" but "again, whatever the heck i decide"

okay yesterday I gave you a very informational and helpful comment that took me forever and then when I tried to post it, it said your journal was in read-only mode and would not accept comments. So I copied it, meaning to paste it on word or something so I owuldn't lose it. Something happened and I accidentally copied something else, losing your comment. So I was mad and even when I went back to make a replacement comment it wouldn't accept comments. This won't be nearly as fantastic, but ( ... )

Yay!!! Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou! I fixed it and it looks very cool. And it makes not difference which comment you posted, it was very easy to understand. So thank you very much all of you. Even you Alex, and I have no idea what you said, but now I get what Brittney was saying too. So again, Thank you!
