Sure! Slowly in a cast-iron skillet is a personal favorite. It doesn't come out as puffy or crispy, but it has a deeper flavor, and it feels like more of an accomplishment when I get it perfect. Plus, when I do it this way, I can then cook my eggs in said cast iron skillet.
