i feel like kicking myself because when ive been able to see her ive just shut down and haven't been able to open up and now i need to see her. i don't think i can because i've been to see the gp one before and you can only go once unfortunately.
i think im going to try what you suggested writing it down and getting it all out and least then when i see her it might make more sense.
