This is a weird question, I live in this house that is right next to the busstop. In the past week there has been this bum that cart00n has repetedly seen shitting on our house. And I have seen him pissing in the neighbors flowers. We have confronted the bum and he says this is public property and that we can't move him

Call cops. He's a public nuisance and yes defecating/urinating in public is criminal, I'm afraid. OR you can tell him (with cell phone in hand and your pics waving in his face) that you're calling the cops and he needs to move on.

But maybe you don't want to deal with him directly because people with nothing to lose sometimes exact revenge.

Frankly, I find very little as obscene as smoeone taking a shit in public... and if it were near my property, I'd probably beat the fuck out of him, put him in the hospital, and therefore out of my hair.

Well... maybe I wouldn't - I don't want to go to jail - but I'd sure want to.

Once he sets foot off the sidewalk directly adjacent to the street with any part of himself (including 'dropping something off'), he's no longer on public property.

You: "Sir, I'm going to have to ask you to leave."
Him: "Fuck you, I'm on public property."
You: "Sir, this is your second warning. Leave this property."
Him: "You deaf? Fuck you, it's public property."
You: *snap a photo for proof and scurry off, calling the cops as you go if possible*

Show em' the photo, explain the situation. If he rushes after you, that's actually good because it means you can then scurry down to the courthouse and get a restraining order. A bit over-aggressive by some standards, but if he's willing to defecate in public, I'm willing to slap him upside the head with technicalities to get his ass drug elsewhere.
