Hmmm. Matthew Broderick before he was Ferris Bueller and Mia Sara before she was Ferris Bueller's girlfriend. In the case of the former, it's damn near impossible to see him as anything else, so possibly the best time to have watched Ladyhawke was on its release... when I was all of six years old. And you're right, I really can't see him fitting into Medieval Europe. As for Tim Curry... in Rocky Horror he was caked in make-up (and by the time it got to the stage show I'd more than had enough...) so I probably wouldn't recognise him out of the Frank N. Furter costume (though the Satan headgear looks very impressive). Overall, Legend looks like it'd be the better bet of the two.

Highlander is one of the films in this list I've heard of before, so for that reason alone I will have to watch it - and let's not forget it spawned a deliberately terrible game for the UK's three favourite 8-bits, which I would rather not waste my time on. Also, in fluent Nathanese, "LOL @ Haggistan". I'll remind the Jocks of that next time they get uppity ( ... )
