일어나자마자 커피 한잔 하고 담배한대 랑

a month ago i was going insane for lack of work
now, i am going insane for the opposite reason.
life is a funny thing--i am too far from understanding it all.

- mother of 3 little plants
- smoking cigarettes in my apartment (the boys aren't here, hurrah!)
- trying to figure out death
- getting new ideas left & right

but most of all..
wishing life would always be as quiet as this

my grandfather passed away on this date.

i feel nothing.

met a nirvana-esque band a few days ago at our neighborhood bar.
missing the 90s since.

sat on the roof with roommates & the neighbor. beers & cigarettes til 4 am
promised waffles & scotch.
got a barrel monkey sculpture from said neighbor.

after so much sartorialist, i think i must start wearing heels.

also 6 words: mostly happy. i like slamming doors.

when i realize my frustration with my roommates is really frustration towards myself
there's really little to do besides slam a door or two.
