Okay, so we have new players joining the game on Tuesday, and in the wills of the majority the game we are going to start with is AD&D 4th ed. If you have the ability, I would suggest getting the free Character generator on the DNDInsider.com website and getting a sheet together. Kevin (cryptic_design) and Jenna (wolfinthe10 possibly). I am not sure if you have met Kevin yet, but he is a little more experienced in role playing, just a little rusty.

We have alot of people interested in close range fighting. I would suggest maybe something a little longer ranged?

I'm excited to get back into RPing. It's been quite a while since I have done so, but have been wanting to get back into it!

I'll go over the books and such that you gave me tonight when I get back from the family schtuff. That way I can grasp this a little better. However, I am getting a better grasp of exactly what I want my character to be like/do/etc. :D

I am now in possession of the Player's Handbook, although the character builder will not run on my computer at home. I'll do a pre-build tonight and then run the system builder tomorrow at work.

I don't suppose you'd be willing to email me the Martial book through Gmail (attachment size limit is 25 mb now). I tried getting it through our normal sources and am receiving errors.

Its really not a problem. We can make your char in record time. I have the full version of the Char Creator. Have a look through at races and classes and we can enter it in like five minutes.
