I ordered a new hard drive yesterday. I wanted this really nice Hitachi drive that had great reviews on Newegg, but it was out of stock. My old hard drive was a Toshiba, so I just bought a new one from them. Even though it died rather unexpectedly, it still lasted for almost 4 years. My computer, ASQUARED, officially bit the dust last Friday. I came home late that night to a blank computer screen. When I attempted to restart my computer, it made a horrible grinding noise and refused to boot. It lasted for four years, which is more than many laptops make it, but I'm still upset.
