ART! FOR MEEEEEEE!

IT IS HERE! The painting that I comissioned from philosiraptors came today! It is so gorgeous and perfect and everything I could have wished it to beeeeeeeee! (I am happy, in case you couldn't tell. Just so you know.) It is amazing and I want to look at it forever.

I CANNOT GET OVER IT OH GOD LOOK AT IT. THERE IS A TWO-HEADED WOLF AND A GIRL RIDING IT WEARING A WOLF MASK, AND TWO FRIENDS LEANING ON ONE ANOTHER AND HOLDING A KITTEN, AND THERE IS A GRACEFUL AND POWERFUL FIGURE WITH HIDDEN EYES, AND SKULLS, AND THERE ARE MORE KITTIES, AND TONS AND TONS OF BOOKS (BOOKS!), AND THERE ARE LIGHTBULBS THAT ARE ALSO SPIDERS AT THE SAME TIME, AND IT IS ALL COMING FROM THIS ONE INDISTINCT FIGURE BECAUSE THAT IS THE STORYTELLER, YOU GUYS, AND OH YEAH DID I MENTION THAT THAT CHICK IS RIDING A TWO-HEADED WOLF?!

The colors! Look at them! So many blues and greens, and reds and purples, and one of my personal favorites in a painting: white that is not actually white! I love that area around the head of the crowned figure where there is that yellow that feeds into green and then blue like an aura that faintly glows. I keep staring that that part. Also, the ruffs of neck-fur on the TWO-HEADED WOLF. Yes, it must always be in capslock. And that dangling leg and foot! I love that foot! And the way the mask sits on the girl's face, I don't know, it just looks so neat, the way the curves align, AND ALSO I LOVE HER BRAIDS SO MUCH.

Okay, okay, I'm going to stop. ...for now.

But I'm sure that I will capslock again as I keep noticing things I love about it. I am going to be looking at this painting a lot.

ETA: Okay, one last thing: Look at the stacks of books! They look so old and worn, and well-read, and you can see the weight of pages, their ruffled edges, and there are stacks and stacks of them! Looking at them makes me want to go smell old books. Because I am a weirdo.

art, oh my god yes, exciting, happy, philosiraptors, pictures
