After a lot of research, the friends with whom we are going to Venice in February had reserved an apartment for us to share. The location was perfect - very near the Rialto bridge - and the layout and photos of the place made it seem perfect for our group. We have used this firm twice for renting apartments. Both times we found the descriptions to be exact and the people in the office are very knowledgeable about the flats and Venice in general. Maybe they would be able to answer your query? I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, so can't say more than that!
