Sounds like fun! I bet the structure of a group is inspiring. Is it interesting to read/hear other participants' writing, too?

I like the idea of developing a character in different situations. I might borrow that idea sometime.

It is awesome. I have been going for a while so I have got to know the other people there, and I love hearing the updates from their stories and their work. It's good to be in a group, or at least a group that is relatively open and encouraging, because you feel like you are doing something for your writing just by going, and you can share your ups and downs with people who are genuinely interested.

Incidentally our latest prompt is to put your character in another historical era. As you know my protagonist in my novella is on the autism spectrum and so, back in history, would probably not have gone to university at all but to an institution. So, I have lots of interesting research to do now!
