Got an opportunity to be published in my writer's group's anthology. Being still unemployed, I have plenty of time to write.

So, suddenly my confidence is going 'Oh ho ho ho, are we sure any of this work is good enough? Really?'

What are the parameters for your submission?

Anything under 4000 words! I've made the decision to submit a piece I've got which I haven't put online before, which is currently at 1500 words. I think I'm going to need to add to it, because they, the writer's group, all told me it seemed more like an extract from a novel than a short story. So I now need to work on that one.
