Chocolately goodness

vegan Apple-walnut-flax chocolate muffins. They are moist-gooey and oh so good. I made them for the little one, but since he's not here until Saturday I think I'll have to make more. The husband likes them too. I love the Green & Blacks organic dark cocoa.

Oh they are. They're more like little chocolate cupcakes (minus the frosting) then muffins... I've been doing my best to not dive in and eat them all.
