I find learning japanese a waste of time unless you're actually going to become a translator/teacher later on or you're gonna be involved in business talks with japanese transnational companies like Toyota or Minabea

Just learning japanese because its so kuuuule and you want to be a step above other anime lovers is, to me, a waste of time, money and effort
