So last night i decided to see whether or not i like any current heavy music. I used to love metal. But now metal has gone either all rappy or all screamo-y, of which i'm not crazy about. But i decided to hear some bands i've been avoiding anyway ( Read more... )

i love hopesfall for their mellow/melodic/whatever parts... the breaks from the hard and heavy are so beautiful in their stuff.

I actually think that the heavy parts are particularly well done as well.

i would have to agree with jonny on this one, hopesfall is definately the best out of that lot, due to there goodness.

darkest hour totally kicks hopesfall's ass. check out everytime i die, or if you wanna be really heavy badass..then checkout converge or daughters...both AMAZING..with no screamo in sight.
