Before I forget...it's me, Phil. I am SO INCREDIBLY PROUD of you! I don't mean to diminish the experience by saying "been there, done that", but I do know exactly how wobbly and insecure your legs can become when faced with a steep, narrow trail and on-coming traffic (mules at the Grand Canyon, in my case). In that moment you truly become "one with the rock" as you hug the wall and hold your breath. Oh yes ...that pounding in your ears. I thought I had the entire percussion section of a marching band in my head. We will talk!

The really neat thing now is that you DID this. You conquered your fears (with Kathy's help) and nothing, nothing can ever take that away from you!!! If that isn't something to give you a major boost in self-confidence, I don't know what is. The description you gave of you and Kathy being not tall might apply in a physical sense, but in my book you're ten feet tall.
