Edinburgh by grouchy bus driver

Sorry, I'm totally behind... this was when we were still in Edinburgh.  I'm working on yesterday and will post some pictures tonight, hopefully!

Glad to hear you're having such a good time in spite of your encounter with the nettles. The website at Undiscovered Scotland has some wonderful pictures of the interior of Rossyln Chapel. It does a very nice job with the history, too. I invite/encourage your readers to check it out.

I'm sure those Italians were not from the same region as your family!

The trip sounds like its going well!! Except the for the Nettles anyway!! Ouch!! I saw Braveheart a long time ago, I will have to look up the stuff on Robert the Bruce!! What a great guide for you all!! I can't wait to see where you end up next!! Keep having a blast!! Love Carmen

Local tour guides are always the best way to get the most out of a visit I think. I'm glad you had such a great time!

You got nettled!! Dock leaves usually do the trick but I'm not entirely sure it's not a psychological thing - if you believe they're gonna stop it hurting, it'll stop hurting!

Oh I used to love Capercaillie! You've made me want to dig out my old CDs!
