Remembering Bagel Online Memorial

I spoke with Bagel's sister Lisa this morning to get his family's blessing for us to put up a memorial website in Bagel's honor. I know a few other people are pulling some stuff together to go online so please contact me to coordinate this effort. Hi Solaries, I think Bagel introduced us briefly a couple of times at the club be we haven't really hung out at all. I think is coordinating the fund raisers but I will pass your email on the appropriate person.

Memorial donations will be collected the evening of the memorial or sent directly to Varf.org. (see The varf.org website for mail address)more to come on that matter soon.

Hi Mike. I don't have your phone number and I've been calling around to see if I could get it from Lisa, Marda et al but can't get through to anyone.

Dana and I are trying to do the same thing on in hard copy a book of anecdotes and pictures for Loki , so he can know his father as an adult and know how much he affected everyone. Maybe we can coordinate efforts

I think that is a really lovely idea. I have actually looked into bookbinding services for one off custom runs for a memorial book for another friend of mine who passed away recently. Not sure if you have considered anything like that, but it makes a nice presentation and helps to preserve the pages better. Let me know if you need some more info on that and I'll be happy to pitch in only any costs involved in that.

I think there's surely going to be a number of hardcopy photo prints that will need to be digitized so we can put them online. I know I have some print photos that I'd like to go into the book.
