i was going to fast every other week, but because that's not exactly healthy considering my activity level...

i'm fasting from sun-up to sun-down.

haha, yes, just like ramadan.

- Cookie dough [which is harder than it sounds... I'm addicted to that stuff.]
- Less tv [inspired by Alyssa. but I never really watch it anyway, so I don't know it that counts?]
- more "quiet time" and such.
