I had help from an actual experienced drag king, so I can take absolutely no credit for the final result. Well, I selected which clothes of Jorg's that we would try. My husband walked right by me when he arrived at the party, so that was somewhat the ultimate satisfation. Another guy (a guy I've met recently) asked who was the dude in the beard.
I must say that this was a one-time deal, and I will never be performing. Never fear. Just having had so many friends who do drag, I was curious.
