I'm sitting in my favorite room in the house and for the first time doing something other than cleaning it or eating with family. I've just paid some bills. I went to the college today for guidance in how to pursue a dream and ended up taking a math placement test. I didn't need to take the English test. I'll be starting Pre-Algebra in a few

It seems like now that I'm older.. and more focused on the idea of going to school and studying.. that math has gotten easier! I am 25 and just went back to school myself last year. I'm glad i did it! I now feel like i'm on my way to something good! Good luck to u!

Mmmm, Math was my nemesis too. What I learned as an adult in college is that the secret (at least for me) to conquering math is doing all the homework religiously. And when a homework question comes up you just can't get, ask questions. Sometimes I'd even do extra problems (stuff not assigned) before exams because it really does seem to be all about the practice.
