A lot. And like, okay. Here's the thing. I felt kinda bad for Reid, and that was one of my favorite parts. Because although I don't mind stories where Reid is an ass (because like, that's cannon), I DO mind stories where everything is somebody's fault. Doesn't matter who. Luke, Noah, Reid. Can't do it. But it wasn't his fault here. It's just that Luke and Noah were good for each other and made each other happy and that was the better situation for them both. And I DO think Reid would've left eventually, if he hadn't died. I'm all for love stories and happy endings, (well, not with Luke and Reid, HA!) but that man didn't belong in a small town no matter what you tell me. But Luke DOES belong in Oakdale... at least in his heart. Even if he were to, oh, I dunno, move to NY or LA with his gorgeous filmmaker boyfriend, he'd still always go back ( ... )

The Casey/Noah scenes is something I always love. Once you pair them as friends, the story automatically has my heart. Basically when Noah get's to bond with other people besides Luke I love it.
I love that you didn't make the whole Reid and Luke break up a big thing, it just ended and Reid in the end didn't take it out on Noah and did his job to the best of his abilities.
I'm pretty sure I'm missing some stuff, just know I loved this so much and thank you for sharing.
Oh yeah! Love me some Alison/Noah scenes I wished they showed more of it on the show, I love the way you write them.

Casey/Noah will always be a fave of mine too, writing them as friends is so weirdly easy! And I agree about letting Noah bond with other people too.
And yep- as much as the show tried, I never wanted to hate Reid as a character. I just couldn't make sense of his relationship with Luke, so I figured a smart guy like him couldn't either. His job is his life first and foremost, so that was how I wrote him!
Thank you!!

Gapes and mouths in awe! SIGH! This fic is beyond words because they just wouldn't do it justice!
I absolutely had one hell of a good time reading this and I wish it wasn't over!
I've always adored your writing but this just takes the biscuit!
Thanks so much!
