i'm a huge asshole because everytime i call State St. H/M, i always ask for a manager even though when the person answers the phone he/she introduces him/herself with a name attached... and i still say, hi (whoever) can i please speak with a manager.. and they're like.. this IS a manager... and then i feel really lame.
