seriously, it's an addiction

Hello, my name is Caroline and I have a problem. A fabric problem, to be exact. In that I'm supposed to be downsizing, which means actually doing something with the fabric I have, not buying more.

What am I going to do when I move to NYC and there are actual fabric stores instead of just fucking Joann? I don't think I'll be able to handle it.

We all have our addictions...some are just bulkier than others.

Maybe there is a Fabric Anonymous and Tim Gunn is there and can be your sponsor.

I have a feeling he would just take me to Mood and bankrupt me. But at least I'd be a well-dressed homeless person.

Best dressed on the street.

When I lived in SoCal I used to go to the garment district in LA for fabric and trims. Oh, the trims! I miss being able to shop there. I always intend to make the stop when we're visiting but I never do.

Next time for sure!

That's what I'm afraid of. I'll have full access to the NYC garment district and a shoebox-sized apartment with two cats in it. Recipe for disaster. (Sounds like heaven!)
