Well considering I have no clue where this series is going I don't know how excited you should be. But I'm suddenly overcome with love for my boys, so I figured what the hell, might as well give them a little attention. And it really is easier to write a series without a plot than the mess that would be the sequel to Paris.

*happy sigh* That's my boys. Greg's is always so much Mr Self-Confidence, it's nice to see him have a failure of nerve for once.

Yeah, except when he isn't. Because we've seen his false bravado in canon and we've seen little glimpses of his insecurities too. Which just makes him more interesting to write, because he's such an 'act first, think later' kind of guy at times.

I haven't read Nick/Greg in so long that this feels all shiny and new to me. Summer breaks are good things, I'm thinking. I'm all excited about the new series and the hothothot first kiss and the inevitable angst and just eeee! Re-discovering the love, man.

I feel like I haven't written them in an age, so I know what you mean. And they were so busy breaking my heart this season with the 'you're fired, no wait, you're not' fiasco that I despaired of falling for them again, but then Miami went and broke me even harder so now I'm investing all my love in Nick/Greg. I'm pretty sure they won't let me down again. At least not this season.

I am trying so very hard not to think about that other thing. I'm pretending Miami doesn't exist on my television schedule. It's the only way I'm coping. So, yeah, I'm hoping for way less CSI actor drama at least until next season.

Oh, I know. I feel kind of lame about the whole thing, but I still can't even stand to watch reruns. And the trailer for the season premiere makes me want to throw up. Like, literally. That can't be healthy. So, yes, happy Nick/Greg place this season. It's my only hope, really.
