Fic: (Suicide Kings, Brett/Avery, PG)

This isn't even on my To Do list.  Sigh.  It's short, though, and it distracted me from the sudden, irrational desire to sign up at fanfic100 that struck while I was at work, so it's probably a good thing.  This is, I think, the only part of Suicide Kings canon I haven't explored yet.  I have no idea if it makes any sense, but I am too tired to care

Ah, Brett, he's the weirdest White Knight in the universe, but he would do anything for Avery. I think he may have even done everything if he had known what Avery did from the start. I love Brett. I love Avery too, guilty, angsting but too chicken to tell the truth.

Go watch CSI :-) I have things I want to talk about.

He is the weirdest White Knight ever. An apt description if there ever was one. But he totally would have bailed Avery out anyway, even knowing the truth. Of course, it would have been easier that way and there would have been no movie, so it's a good thing Avery's such a coward.

I went to bed right after I posted last night and I'm at work again now, so I still haven't CSI. The universe seems determined, no matter where I'm working, to make sure I'm never home on Thursday nights. It's kind of weird.

True, on we're lucky Avery's a chicken, because I love that movie on so many slashy and non-slashy levels.

Hence all the fanfiction, because after the movie there's still all the hurt and betrayal, and we get the fun of putting it all back together again.

Heh. This is like total randomness because I haven't commented on your journal for like ages. XD I'm in a stats class this year and one of the formulas starts with an SK = and everytime I see it I think Suicide Kings, but only cause I've read the fics you've written, but I've never seen the show/movie.
