Title: (looking for) A new technique Fandom: Bones Pairing: Wendell/Hodgins Rating: NC17 Summary: Hodgins is a scientist, so he understands the value of experimentation.
Dear Lord, not to be read over breakfast! It's all gone to mush now.
I seriously thought it was impossible to love this fandom any more than I already do until I read this fic. It's not just that it was bloody hot. It's the way Wendell is so careful but so eager to please Jack and the way Jack himself has fallen so incredibly hard without even realising it. Now if they would just put this on the show... Now I'm going to go to school, and grin like a maniac all day. :D
I fall a little more in love with them every time I write them, not gonna lie. I am so happy this worked for you; thanks! I love Jack and his cluelessness, and I really love Wendell and his earnest desire to please, and his *guyness*, and I think they are perfect together. It makes me incoherent with happy, and that's such a rare thing in fandom these days, at least for me.
Wendell is portrayed by Michael Terry (there's a little link to make your life easier). Unfortunately the only Wendell episode that's still on Hulu is the most recent, "Fire In the Ice", but that's the one that started all this. He's only been in three episodes, all this season, so there's not even much catching up to do.
Well, the matching sweaters were jedbearthompson's idea, so Liz and I can't take credit there. But the rest is totally us, it's true. And I am still picturing them in mouse ears at Disney World, so I probably do need some sleep. So I can be well-rested to write more Wendell/Hodgins fic tomorrow.
Well, honestly, until Liz and I started talking about this just two hours ago, I had spent the entire day thinking of Nick and Greg. There's plenty of obsession to go around.

What's the name of the guy that plays Wendell? I clearly need to look at IMDB and figure out which episodes of Bones to catch up with first.
