so after the wonderfuly car accident I got in a week ago I found a lump in my neck about 4 days ago. I go to the drs today and they tell me that it's an inflamed lymph node and if it doesn't go away in a week it has to come out right away.... what the hell is going on with me? oh and i get to go to a neurologist cause I still have lil dizzy spells
