It's strange, though. I got some of the things I really wanted, but some of them I didn't wish for at all.

Wow, Eiko, you look really... I mean, you're older now!

[He blushes a little, grinning back. His face is still pale, but Ash is looking more lively than usual today (probably because he is). As much as he's trying to keep his cool, his excitement shows.]

It looks like I'm alive now. I can actually smell and feel and taste like this, too, so it's definitely not just confinement. I even slept last night.

I guess Wonderland is finally giving us a break.

[And for a second or two, Eiko just kind of stares, taken aback-- because dude, it's Ash! She's used to seeing him transparent and kind of not-alive! She recovers her poise quickly enough, the smile staying on her face as she squints at the screen.]

Hey, that's great! You must have really wanted to be alive again, huh?

[She pauses, humming under her breath and tilting he head before she looks up again.]

Do you think we should celebrate? I mean, I know this isn't going to last forever...

I'm just happy to really be here, even if it's only going to be another day or so. If only Marona could see me...

[He spaces out for a moment, but alas, he's already figured out that wishing himself back home or Marona into Wonderland wasn't going to work. And that makes Ash a sad not!phantom.

He leans back in his chair, arms folded.]

...We might as well make the best of it, though I can't help but remember someone lost a memory for all of this. What do you suggest?

[The reminder of that makes Eiko sober up pretty quickly, and she nods, looking thoughtful.]

Maybe just have dinner or something? We couldn't before, and we probably won't be able to again. [She grins, sheepishly.] I don't know.
