survived driving to seatac at 6am in a car w/o power steering and with seriously fogged up windows. then took the train home. and here I am, in the city of my loneliness (is that emo or what?)

Happy/feeling the normal emotions about things being weird and having to leave campus for a break/kind of stuffed up - this is how I enter thanksgiving break. "break" because I have 3 job interviews. weeeee

Good night at work but I'm burning out like a cheap candle and I need to be done with this academic shmeck sooner rather than later (hoping grad school will not be like this!)

Hanging out with friends, having a good old time until someone heinous merely found out I was in the building and threw an esacalated hissy fit, ruining all my fun. Who's being threatened here?

Seeing my therapist didn't make me feel any better. No one seems to understand that the way out is scarier than staying in. As Alanis says "the only way out is through." Not that this is what I want, but it is what I'm willing to take today. Day to day. Its gotta be day to day.
