My current housemates are moving out next year (at least one, anyway), so I'm in search of new roomies. The rent for the medium room (no closet in the room, but control of the linen closet right next to it is all yours, and you're welcome to hang things in the hangy-space next to the big room) is $350/mo, the rent for the small room is $300/mo. Two people who were *very* comfortable together could live there. If you're not me and don't have a ton of crap it could be okay. You're welcome to come visit and I'll show it to you, if you'd like.

Thanks for the FYI about the party. I'm sure it won't be a problem as they've never been so loud I couldn't sleep (I'm closest to their side of the house), so rock on to them.

Sounds like a plan. Can we then go touring around in the bus so you can give awesome 20 minute speeches that spark at least 40 minute discussions?

Hey...I don't think I'll be able to live with that friend of mine...there are some circumstances I'd rather talk about in person...

but I am definitely interested.
