As any she belied with false compare

I spent 10.75 hours doing little aside from thinking yesterday.  And I've come to realize that I just don't know what to think.  I know it's not good to get angry, but it's the easiest place to be.  The problem is that by not turning that anger into violence against others, it is turned against myself threefold.  It's a no-win situation, I think.

Anger can be an excellent tool. When I am angry I find my house get so much cleaner. Getting angry is ok. Even telling someone you are angry at them is ok if it is done correctly. This can lead to healthful discussion. What is not ok is letting it sit in your head or stomach until it eats a hole clean thru.

Yeah, that's kind of what happens. I get pissed off in the moment and blow up, which does nothing but aggravate things, and then later everything simmers and the anger grows larger, making more people the target and/or eeating a hole clean thru as you said.

I am currently creating a "Why I'm upset" list which I'll use to initiate discussion in a rational manner, it just takes a while for the real causes to come to light sometimes. Until that point it's all superficial stuff that won't help the real problem get solved.
